Culture is the sum of everything that we learn in the course of our life time. Only a small part of its aspects can be observed. The larger hidden part can only be assumed, perceived or alleged Surface behaviors are influenced by under water values and assumption.

Culture is dynamic is trainable and learnable can lead to conflicts.

A constructive approach to cultural diversity requires an ongoing evaluation of new informations and permanent scrutinizing of assumptions with which we substantiate our philosophy of life.
